Home Delivery (Online Purchases)
Standard curbside drop-off delivery for online purchases is $399. The delivery truck will arrive at the curb outside your home within your scheduled 4-hour window. You are responsible for unloading and moving the item(s) beyond that point. We recommend having assistance. The delivery partner will call to schedule a delivery date and 4-hour window once your item(s) reach the local terminal. A signature is required upon delivery. Packaging will not be removed, and assembly service is not included. Any damage to boxes must be noted on the Bill of Lading from the delivery company. Please provide a daytime phone number when ordering to arrange delivery. We offer deliveries six days a week with a four-hour window.
Delivery Lead Times
Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 months, depending on the item. Orders with multiple items will be delivered together based on the longest lead time, unless separate deliveries are arranged (additional charges apply). Contact customer service to arrange separate shipments or place separate orders. Custom orders begin production immediately and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to large or heavy items, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Items in stock at our regional warehouse typically ship within 1 week of order. Delivery lead times are estimates in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We cannot ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders, and a signature is required for delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to manufacturing, freight issues, or transportation damage may occur. Calligaris Boca Raton is not responsible for delays beyond our control, and estimated dates are not grounds for cancellation. Refer to the "Cancellations & Returns" section for cancellation inquiries.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within Florida and along the I-95 corridor. For deliveries outside this area, we partner with specialized freight carriers. Contact customer service for a shipping quote and White Glove delivery options.
International Deliveries
We currently do not ship outside the continental US. We can ship to a US-based freight forwarder; however, the customer is responsible for all freight forwarder fees, brokerage fees, and international taxes.
Ensuring A Smooth Delivery
Our delivery team will call you before arrival. Please provide the best contact phone number(s). If they cannot reach you, they will still attempt delivery. If no one is available, they will call again and leave a message, if possible, wait for 15 minutes, and then return the goods to our warehouse. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for delivery cancellation or rescheduling. Failed deliveries are subject to the full delivery charge, and a rescheduling fee will apply for a second delivery attempt.
Inspection of Delivered Items
Please inspect your product(s) for any visible damage upon receipt. If any items are damaged, notify us immediately via email with photographs of the product and packaging, including close-ups of the damaged area. Refer to the "Damaged Product" section for more information. If delivered by our Full-Service Delivery partners, you will be asked to sign a document confirming your satisfaction. Note any issues directly on this document.
Unclaimed Orders, Delays In Accepting Deliveries & Storage Fees
Orders must be delivered or picked up within 30 calendar days of arrival at our local warehouse. Orders requiring storage after 30 days are subject to a $25.00 per day storage fee, payable before delivery. If you do not communicate about your delivery and fail to claim the order within six months, the order will be canceled, and a non-transferable store credit will be issued (less a 30% restocking fee, applicable storage charges, and other related fees).
Warehouse Pick-Up
In special cases, pickup from our Pompano Beach, Florida warehouse is permitted. Contact Customer Service for details. Government-issued ID is required for warehouse pickup, which is available Monday-Friday, 9 am-3 pm. Any damage or missing items must be documented on the Packing Slip before leaving the premises. No claims can be made afterward without documentation. Merchandise must be picked up within seven days of arrival; a $50/week storage fee applies to items not picked up after this period.
