Terms of Sale

It is your responsibility to review carefully and confirm the accuracy of all product selections, finishes, and quantities on your order before submitting it to Calligaris Boca Raton. Online Purchases: We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX. Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

In-Store Purchases: A non-refundable and non-transferable 50% deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before scheduling delivery or pickup. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, cash, and checks. Check payments require a 5-10 business day clearing period before merchandise can be released. Certified checks are exempt from this delay. Changes and Cancellations (Within 48 Hours): You may request adjustments or cancellation of your order within 48 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been confirmed or shipped. Canceled orders will incur a 5% processing fee, in addition to any other applicable charges.

Changes and Cancellations (After 48 Hours): Once an order is confirmed or shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible. If you no longer need the products after delivery, please refer to the "Returns & Refunds" section. Changes to your order may result in additional charges due to variations in product prices based on size and finish. If a change reduces your order total, you will receive a non-transferable store credit or a refund for the difference. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

In-Store Order Cancellations (Confirmed or Shipped): If you cancel a confirmed or shipped in-store order before delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded or credited. For cancellations, a non-transferable store credit will be issued for any amount paid above the 50% minimum deposit on the total purchase.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Delivered or picked-up items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except as outlined in the "Damaged Product" section. All clearance items, custom upholstery, mattresses, floor models, and in-stock sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Delivery times vary by item, ranging from 1 to 16 weeks. These lead times are estimates only. If your order includes items with different lead times, the entire order will be delivered based on the longest estimated timeframe, unless separate deliveries are requested (additional charges will apply).

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to manufacturing processes, unforeseen freight issues, acts of God, or transportation damage. Calligaris Boca Raton is not responsible for delays beyond our control, and estimated dates are not grounds for cancellation. To inquire about canceling an order due to a delay, please contact Customer Service at (561)756-8463 or sales@shopcalligaris.com. Full payment is required before delivery can be scheduled.

Deliveries are facilitated by an insured third-party service. Additional fees may apply for missed deliveries or deliveries involving more than two standard flights of stairs. Our delivery teams are not authorized or insured to move any items other than the Calligaris merchandise being delivered.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all purchased items will fit into the intended space and through all access points (entryways, elevators, stairwells, etc.). Package dimensions are available upon request.

While we take the utmost care, products may occasionally be damaged during shipping. Any damaged or defective goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for your claim to be accepted. We will make every effort to repair or replace the damaged part or item at no cost to you.

Upon completion of delivery, please verify that all merchandise is accounted for and in satisfactory condition. Any damage or missing items must be noted with the delivery team before they leave your premises.

If a third party receives the merchandise on your behalf, you remain responsible for ensuring all items are present and in good condition, and for noting any issues with the delivery team.

Orders must be paid in full within 10 days of arrival at our local warehouse and picked up or scheduled for delivery within 30 calendar days. Orders requiring storage after 30 days will incur a storage fee of $10.00 per day, payable before delivery or pickup.

Orders unclaimed after six months will be considered canceled and subject to our order cancellation policy.

We cannot deliver to post office box addresses or freight forwarding companies. Our delivery service does not include wall mounting. Please discuss any wall mounting requirements with your sales associate. All Calligaris products have a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty from the delivery date. Upholstered sofas have a three-year warranty on coverings and a five-year warranty on the internal frame. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to mishandling, misuse, or normal wear. Clearance items and floor models are not covered. Any product modification will void the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. DISCLAIMERS Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Calligaris Boca Raton. Replacement parts and items are subject to our standard delivery lead times. Customers are not entitled to further discounts or additional compensation when damage or defects are repaired or replaced.

Product finishes may exhibit slight variations in color and texture compared to samples; an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Wood products may naturally display knots and grain inconsistencies, which are not considered defects. Plastic chairs may have minor manufacturing artifacts that are considered normal and not defects. Only specifically designated Calligaris products are suitable for commercial use.
